Ever since I ate the sausage bread baked in the wood-fired oven in the center of Gramado-RS, I wanted to make an adapted version and now it happened. Don’t ask me which of the two breads goes better with because I wouldn’t know how to answer, I like both. The filling is very simple, just put the ingredients below in the processor. My tip is not to add too much stuffing because the pepperoni is very salty.
Filling ingredients:
2 pepperoni segments
1/2 onion
1 seedless tomato
2 col. (soup) green scent
