Ingredients:

  • 1 large grated carrot.
  • 3 eggs.
  • 2 cups of finely flaked oat tea.
  • 2 chopped garlic cloves.
  • 300g of cooked and shredded chicken (seasoned).
  • Finely chopped onion.
  • Chopped green smell.
  • Sal.
  • Black pepper.
  • Mozzarella cheese, cut into cubes.
  • Oil.

INSTRUCTIONS:

  • In a bowl, place the grated carrot, eggs, oats, onion, garlic, green onion, salt and black pepper, mix well.
  • Add the shredded chicken and mix with your hands.
  • Shape the size into a ball, press into a disc, add the mozzarella cheese and close in the desired shape. (Ball, croquette).
