Salad with Chicken and Mustard Sauce

Hot days call for light meals (I’m glad you don’t even remember that I ate baião de Dois with ribs these days lol)! But it’s like that, one day we’re full of it, the next we eat properly to make up for it, right? Make this recipe, it’s delicious and filling!

For the salad (individual portions):
Line a plate with green leaves (I used bicolor lettuce and hydroponic watercress). Spread tomatoes (I used sweet grape). Saute previously seasoned cubes of chicken breast and add to the salad. Add parmesan shavings and croutons (toasted cubed bread).

For the Sauce mix:
2 tablespoons of cream (I used ricotta cream), 1 tablespoon of regular mustard, 1 tablespoon of Dijon mustard, season to taste (I used a mix of peppers and sea salt), adjust the thickness with milk (I used 2 tablespoons).
