You know what a Sacolé, Geladinho or Chup-Chup is, you know!
One of the best things about ice cream is that you can make it at home easily and all you need is any juice, sugar, water and the bags

Many names for this ice cream
This frozen juice in the bag has a multitude of names, but regardless of them, everyone knows it. I think it’s a great alternative for hot days, as besides being super democratic you can even make a diet version, so just let your imagination run wild with the possible flavors and enjoy!
You need your own bags and a funnel to make it easier. The flavor can be whatever you want. Make juice the way you are used to, with milk, water, coconut water, condensed milk…

My Sacolé Recipe
I mix 1 spoon (coffee) of neutral alloy for each liter of liquid as it prevents the ice from separating from the juice. Do you know when there is that division because the densest part of the juice is concentrated at the bottom?
Another important tip is not to let air in, for this you must twist the bag before tying the knot so that it fits snugly.
I made these with strained natural orange juice, a little water and sweetener, but powdered juice also works and each 1 liter yields 10 units. So, do you want to fill the freezer?
If you prefer, here I teach you how to make a delicious Gourmet Ice Cream, which is even available on video.
