Guys, I’ve already made a version of this recipe with apples here on the blog and on the channel, in fact, it was one of the first recipes I posted. Then these days I went to see Tita’s kitchen here in Sorocaba and ate her wonderful banana pie (if you’re from Sorocaba, it’s located at Francisco Prestes Maia, 171) and I remembered this recipe. I thought it might be similar and rescued it. It really is a delicious recipe!
This is one of those recipes that seems to go wrong, but in the end everything turns out right. You mix the dry ingredients, the liquids and the bananas. Then you make separate layers of them, but in the oven everything comes together and looks incredible!
