I think one of the easiest recipes to make is roast chicken. All you need is a good seasoning and that’s it, the rest is the oven’s job. And I’m always testing new flavor combinations for my chickens, right here on the blog there are a lot of recipes, so today I’m going to contribute another one that turned out delicious!
For the chicken seasoning I used a few ingredients, but what gave the main flavor was the French pinch, one of this year’s launches from the Pitada Natural brand that I love so much and that’s why it’s a super partner here at Panelaterapia.
I had already tried this pinch with pork, which is what it says on the label, but I decided to be a little rebellious and try it with chicken and I loved it! But also, look at the ingredients of this seasoning: Garlic, Sage, Marjoram, Thyme, Parsley, Bay Leaf, Himalayan Pink Salt, Mustard, Celery, Ginger and Nutmeg. It can’t be bad, right?
To season the 5 thighs, I made a mixture with the following ingredients:
1 col. olive oil (soup)
2 col. alcohol vinegar (soup)
2 col. (soup) of mustard
1/2 tablespoon paprika
1 tablespoon French Pinch
1 col. (tea) shallow salt (I used pink salt)
Mix the ingredients and brush over the thighs, add a small piece of butter over each piece. Bake in a preheated oven at 200ºC. Here it was 40 minutes in the oven, but this time may vary. Whenever I make roast chicken, after about 30 minutes I drain the oil from the pan and return the chicken to the pan. oven to be good dry.
You can use whatever herb mix you want, but I highly recommend that you have Pinch Natural in your kitchen to vary the flavors with a totally natural and delicious product!!!
