Leandro from the blog Little kitchen posted a recipe with the following title “Roasted Sausages (but which are a supporting ingredient for tomatoes)”. The recipe seemed so simple but at the same time so aromatic, colorful… well… I made it! Guys, such basic and good stuff!

The only difference in Leandro’s recipe is that I only had green peppers, but it was still divine! And I used Borges olive oil with Rosemary!

Very simple: I browned the sausages in olive oil (you can see that I used very little). I also greased a refractory with olive oil and lined the bottom with seedless tomatoes cut in half, onion petals, and pieces of green pepper. I seasoned the vegetables with sea salt and pepper. I placed the sausages on top, drizzled with a drizzle of olive oil, a tiny bit of balsamic and sprinkled some aromatic herbs.

I covered it with aluminum foil and put it in the oven for about 25 minutes, removed the aluminum and left it for another 25 minutes. (In the first photo of the post you have the finished dish, in the larger photo the step-by-step instructions before baking).

Tip:
Good sausage, honest olive oil and rosemary! You can not go wrong! “Light” guys send candy to chicken or turkey sausage.
