Roast Chicken with Vegetables and Bacon

To be chicken It’s an incredible dish to make when you have a lot of people to eat, because it makes a wonderful result! You add all the vegetables that are in the refrigerator drawer and in the end you have a beautiful, filling, nutritious and aromatic dish. Can you use whatever vegetables you like most combined?

First you season the chicken (here are thighs and drumsticks, about 10 pieces) with the recipe I taught here and also adds 1 heaped tablespoon of mayonnaise and 2 chopped garlic cloves.

Grease the chicken pieces and place them on the bottom of the baking dish or ovenproof dish. On each of them, a slice of bacon.

Chop the vegetables into large pieces. This dish used carrots, potatoes, peppers, onions, sweet potatoes, yams, green beans and chayote (use whichever ones you want).

Pass the vegetables in marinade left at the bottom of the chicken dish and place on top (the vegetables are raw).

Bake in a medium oven covered with aluminum foil for 1 hour. When you remove the paper, it will have released a lot of water and grease. Carefully turn the pan over and remove half of the liquid (you can use a ladle for this too).
Return to the heat without aluminum foil to brown for another 30 minutes. It looks wonderful!!!!
