Ricotta Lasagna with Spinach

Sauces and Salads

I wanted to test this lasagna dough that Barilla’s advisor sent home and I decided to do this revenue. Guys, I really fell in love with the pasta! It cooks very quickly and just right! Just place the “slabs” (raw) with sauce between the layers, and bake, super practical.

To make the filling I used frozen spinach, which comes in balls. I used 5 balls.

I defrosted it in the microwave, added a level tablespoon of ready-made seasoning based on garlic, onion and parsley (the one in the photo below), which you can find in the market from different brands. I added a small ricotta mashed with a fork (it was about 300g), two tablespoons of cream, salt and pepper.

I used a sachet of ready-made tomato sauce mixed with 150ml of water to make it more liquid and cook the pasta better. But if you want to make a homemade sauce, I’m welcome! I’m really lazy when it comes to making sauces!

The assembly process was simply put in order: sauce, pasta, sauce, mozzarella cheese, ricotta with spinach (repeat this order as many times as it fits in your dish) and cover with parmesan cheese.

I baked it in the oven covered with aluminum foil for 15 minutes at 200º, then without the aluminum until the cheese browned. It was a show!

The amount of dough in the package is enough to make 2 lasagna like this one that each serves 4 people very well.

This is not a paid post, but the dough is so good that I wanted to share it with you, I adopted it for life!
