I’ve decided that I’m going to get used to using red pepper in recipes. Pepper without the seed is very mild, aromatic and tasty, slightly spicy, very light! I tested it in this recipe that I always make and I loved it!

I had about 1 cup of chicken breast cubes in the fridge that were seasoned as I taught here.

I sautéed it with 1 chopped onion, 2 chopped garlic cloves, 1 grated carrot, 1/2 cup of fresh peas and 2 red peppers (without chopped seeds.

With all of this sautéed, I gradually added a little water and kept the pan closed until the carrot softened and the ingredients cooked a little. At the end I added 2 cups of ready-made rice, which was also “restô dontê” and oh, it was delicious!

Make some mashed potatoes or cassava to go with it, it goes super well!
