I always bought these noodles from another brand and the name was “Bifum”, this time I found it as “Mifum”, I imagine it is the same thing, as they are both rice noodles (if anyone can enlighten me, I would appreciate it). Either way, I love these noodles! It’s super thin and light, delicious!



For this salad I used:

– 200g rice noodles

– 1 carrot, grated into long threads

– 1 Japanese cucumber grated into long threads

– 3 tablespoons of chopped chives

– 8 units of shredded Kani Kama

* The grater that makes long threads is this:

Cook the pasta in boiling water for 2 minutes, drain and rinse with ice water. As I like it very cold, I put ice cubes in the water. Drain well and mix with the Kani, chives, carrot and cucumber.

For the sauce:

– 100ml of white vinegar
– 50 ml of water

– 1 tablespoon of sugar

– 1 tablespoon of salt

– 1 tablespoon of black sesame

Mix the dressing ingredients and drizzle over the salad. There are those who like to drizzle with soy sauce when eating, it depends on each person’s taste.
This ruffled salad! Trust me!

* Makes a lot of money, see? About 8 servings (which I consume in 2 days here at home).
