I make the chicken fajita casserole a lot. I used to use the chicken fajita rice a Roni to make it but they stopped making that flavor a few years ago.

I love Rice A Roni! We all love rice. All of your meals looked wonderful! I never have thought about using Rice A Roni for porcupine meatballs. That is such a great idea. Next time I make them, that’s what I’m gonna do. I will remember to make a gravy pkt for them though. Thanks for the great ideas!😊
