There are 40 taps of craft beer waiting for customers to spend the night. carnival in São Paulo – and the best: with 50% discount on draft beers Bamberg, Weizen, Dádiva Premium Lager and Schornstein IPA from Saturday (06) until Tuesday (09). Between one block and another, if you feel hungry for something that you just have to buy and eat, stop by HOT DOC and order the Carnival Kombo: New York Style Hot Dog (tomato sauce with onion, cinnamon and cayenne pepper + mustard) + Beer or soft drink (R$18).
There, all the sausages are plated, the bread is from an exclusive recipe developed to better “welcome” the filling and the accompaniments are surprising – there is even nori seaweed among the various options.

National Brewery
Because beer and carnaval they combine more than anything and, at Nacional, there is even a special launch for the holiday: Folia, a traditional American Lager produced with barley malt, corn and rice – the last two ingredients, added on purpose to make the drink lighter.
500 liters were produced, which can be enjoyed in pints of 330 ml (R$ 17) and 570 ml (R$ 25) and, exceptionally, will be served every day in a double draft system, while it lasts.

Sóshots&Petiscos
In this bar inspired by European taverns and bars in Amsterdam, classic and original drinks, super creative mini shots and delicious food are served.
The Bitterballen, a traditional Dutch creamy meat dumpling served with Dijon mustard (two units – R$12), is worth every calorie and deserves special attention; as well as the succulent lamb sausage with ground pistachios, curds and onion crispy (R$33).
To get your blood sugar high, try the milk pudding with fleur de sel (R$10) for dessert.

Holy Bread
Every good party requires an extra dose of energy and, at Santo Pão, there is a super special combo with the three most successful items on the menu for a set price.
From the 6th to the 9th of February, the boulangerie serves the “house” combo, consisting of scrambled eggs accompanied by artisanal toast; Croissant – made with French butter and flour – with homemade jam and, to drink, Detox Berries: 400ml of fresh orange, strawberry, blackberry and raspberry juice (R$ 34). It can be ordered for breakfast or at any time of the day.

Brasserie des Arts
The international house – with units in St. Tropez and Megève – which brings together a bar and lounge eternally full of beautiful people, is one of the good places to eat well and try incredible drinks created by bartender Marcelo, such as Pitangueiras: mix of rum, cherry, mint and lemon puree (R$29).
The cuisine is reminiscent of the south of France with touches of Mediterranean cuisine.

In the city center, after opening the carnaval on Friday with a chicken at Love Story, chef Janaina Rueda prepares her chicken soup for customers during the holiday. Until Ash Wednesday, customers who have a house drink or a dose of Laje cachaça will be entitled to a piece of chicken soup at the end.

Taqueria La Sabrosa Cuisine of Mexico
To enter no rhythm of carnavalthe Mexican house prepared two flavors of ice cream with very typical drinks: the Sacolé de margarita (R$ 5, 100 ml), with lemon and special José Cuervo tequila, and the Sacolé de agua de Jamaica baptized (R$ 5, 100 ml ), prepared with hibiscus tea, lemon and special Jose Cuervo tequila – to be taken before or after a beautiful taco, such as the Adobado (R$ 15): served in a double corn tortilla with a filling of slow-cooked pork with chile and pineapple, finished with cilantro, lime and taquera salsa or the Taco de Carnitas (R$ 16), also assembled in two corn tortillas, stuffed with succulent pork, onion, lime, guacamole and salsa verde.
