All I can say is that it was one of the most delicious things I’ve ever eaten! Follow the idea:
1. Grease a ramekin with butter;
2. Roll the dough over some slices of crustless bread to make them thin;
3. “Tear” the slices and line the entire ramekin;
4. Place some slices of bacon on a sheet of absorbent paper and place in the microwave for 1 minute to “dry” the fat.


4. Place the bacon slices on the bread and a few pieces of cheese (I used Camembert);
5. Crack an egg in the center;
6. Season the egg with salt and pepper (I also used a ready-made mixture of garlic and cheese).
7. Bake until the edges of the bread and bacon are crispy.
