Ingredients

  • 2 crushed garlic cloves;
  • 1 stalk of leek;
  • 1 chopped onion;
  • 1/2 kg of pumpkin;
  • 2 liters of water;
  • 1 spoon of olive oil;
  • salt and basil to taste.

Preparation mode

In a pan, place the garlic, leek, onion and olive oil until golden. Then add the pumpkin in small pieces and water and let it cook.

When the pumpkin is soft, blend all the ingredients in a blender, season with salt and basil and serve warm.

For dessert, eat half a papaya blended with 1 pot of yogurt.
