Pumpkin jam is such a simple thing to make, so cheap and so good that I’m right now asking myself why the hell I never make it?
With white cheese or ricotta cream like the one in the photo, it looks incredible! And look how easy it is to do:
I bought 800g of already chopped pumpkin that went into the pan with 1 and 1/2 cup of sugar, 6 cloves and 1/2 cup of water.

Keep the ingredients on low heat with the pan covered and stir from time to time.

When the pumpkin melts, add 50g of grated coconut (I used unsweetened coconut). If it still has syrup, keep the pan uncovered over low heat until it dries.
