I made this recipe on video because I’m participating in a Tastemade themed playlist with only Halloween recipes. For those who don’t know, there are people making recipe videos on YouTube and Tastemade is a network that brings together several of these channels.
But back to the recipe, it’s very simple. Pumpkin jam with coconut in a cup! As Halloween is a foreign celebration and our culture is so rich, I thought of this recipe because it manages to combine a little of both. Pumpkin is often used in decoration and its sweets are typical of Brazil. To decorate the cups I used that permanent marker that we used to write on CD/DVD (wow, that seems so old now! How time flies!!!).
