The Design

What stands out most about the Puli Hotel & Spa It’s your project. The lobby is an absurdity of elegance and good taste. A reception that joins the bar, in a very curious and chic design. Asian furniture and objects give a welcoming and contemporary touch to the environment, mixing old world elements with new ones, but without letting us forget that we are in China.

The service

The service of Puli Hotel & Spa It’s exemplary! From the time of check in, to the waiters and bartenders, everyone is always very kind and willing to help. In the absence of a taxi that arrived quickly, even calling a local Uber (the international one doesn’t work) the bell man suggested it and it was paid right there. Very well educated staff, who speak English and have initiative, something essential in a difficult city for us Westerners, like Shanghai.
