Pudding without condensed milk

Sweet cakes and pies

I had already seen this recipe on several websites, and on a TV show, but I had never tried it until the day I was dying for pudding but didn’t have condensed milk at home and decided to make it. I loved the result! It’s very tasty and less sickening than the traditional one, in addition to being cheap, because the price of condensed milk is high, right people? Let’s do this?

milk pudding

Syrup ingredients:
1 cup. sugar (tea)
1/3 cup. (tea) water.

Pudding:
500 ml of whole milk;
3 large eggs;
10 Milk or Cornstarch biscuits;
6 col. (soup) of sugar.

To make the syrup, just mix the water and sugar and melt everything over low heat, then caramelize the mold.
Beat all the pudding ingredients, place over the caramel, cover with aluminum foil and bake in a bain-marie. As it makes a smaller pudding, mine baked in 40 minutes. I used boiling water in the bain-marie, and the oven was already very hot, which is why it had holes in it. If you want it to be smoother, bake it at a very low temperature and add cold water to the bain-marie.

Now I’m going to ask for help for a good cause:
Guarani launched a Sweet Challenge where some Youtubers were invited to make a video with a sweet recipe and a drink to pair with it. If these videos reach 10,000 shares, Guarani will donate 10 thousand reais to the NGO Banco de Alimentos, which does a wonderful job collecting food that would otherwise be discarded and donating it to those in need.
