Pudding in the Pressure Cooker

Sweet cakes and pies

I made a quick video to teach you how to make pudding in the pressure cooker. It cooks in 10 minutes, saves gas and time, which today is worth more than anything, right people? There on YouTube (click HERE and subscribe to our channel) people were skeptical because they thought my pressure cooker was different from the common aluminum one that most people have. This one is exactly the same, it’s just lower and shallower, but the pressure system is exactly the same. You can do it in any pressure cooker model that works.

I already taught the tips for making the perfect pudding (pudding and syrup recipe) here:

That’s why in this video, there’s just the pressure roasting method. Which basically consists of caramelizing the mold, placing the pudding inside, covering the mold with aluminum foil, placing it inside the pressure cooker, adding water until half of the pudding mold, covering and placing on high heat. After it reaches pressure, lower it to minimum heat, count 10 minutes and turn it off. Let the pressure release normally to finish cooking. Then just open the pan, remove the pudding mold and place it in the fridge for 2 hours. Watch it to make it easier to understand:
