Panelaterapia as a company also produces some content for some brands (we take photos, videos, develop recipes, etc.) and some time ago we made some recipes for a toast brand. What happens is that this one was so good that I decided to share it here on the blog. A very simple “fat”, but I promise it’s delicious!!!

Ingredients:
– 1 package of Traditional Toast (there will be some left over);
– 1 can of condensed milk;
– 1 tablespoon of unsalted butter;
– 1 can of whey-free cream;
– 50g of grated coconut;
– 60g chopped semi-sweet chocolate.

Way of doing:
Bring the condensed milk, butter and coconut to a boil over low heat. Once it boils and is no longer sticking to the bottom of the pan, add half a can of cream, mix and turn off the heat.

Mix the chocolate and the other half of the can of cream. Microwave for 30 seconds. Stir a lot until it becomes a homogeneous cream. If necessary, return to the microwave for another 20 seconds. Let the cream (ganache) cool to room temperature. Once cold, place the ganache in a bag and cut off the tip.
To assemble, spread a layer of coconut candy over the toast, make details with the chocolate ganache by pressing the bag. Decorate with grated coconut.

Performance: 10 to 14 units depending on how much coverage you use.

*I used toast as a base because it was the brand’s product, and honestly it was very tasty, but you can use pie dough or those little baskets made with pastry dough.
