Pressure Boneless Beef Rib – Panelaterapia

Pressure Boneless Beef Rib

Meat

It took me a while to find a good butcher shop here in Sorocaba, but I finally found my “favorites”. I like Divino’s butcher shop, Simus’s and Oba Hortufruti’s butcher’s shop.

Oba’s butcher shop is expensive compared to others, but I find some different cuts, like this cubed boneless beef rib that I used to make stew, in the simplest way possible.

Ingredients:
600g boneless rib cubes
200ml of water
2 sliced onions
2 tablespoons of soy sauce
2 tablespoons tomato sauce
1 envelope of powdered meat broth (or 1 tablet)
1 teaspoon of salt
1 level tablespoon of cornstarch

Water the bottom of the pressure cooker with a little olive oil, cover with the onion slices, add the meat (no need to sauté),

Boil the water, add the soy sauce, broth, salt and tomato sauce. Mix well and pour over the meat. Place the covered pan on the fire and after coming to pressure, leave it for 25 minutes.

Remove the meat from the pan and set aside. To the remaining sauce, add 1 tablespoon of cornstarch (dissolve in a little water to avoid lumps) and heat to boil and thicken. Place again over the meat. Sprinkle parsley when serving.

*** This amount of ingredients is good for up to 1 kg of meat (which can be the meat of your choice). At the end there will be a large amount of sauce left over. I let this happen on purpose because then I shred the meat and use this sauce on pasta (I’ll post it here soon). It’s a show!!!

Easier impossible, right?
