I’ve been eating less and less red meat and this package of frozen chicken chicken always caught my attention in the supermarket, but I had never bought it because I was afraid it would only contain bones and skin, but I was positively surprised by the meaty pieces.
The packaging is the “zip” type that can be closed later, so I let it defrost, threw the seasoning inside and kept it in the fridge. Perfect for a house of 2 people, as I can only use half the pack.

My chicken seasoning is always the same and I already mentioned it in another recipe. Click –> here to access. I left it marinating overnight, then took it to bake in a shallow pan covered with aluminum foil and greased with olive oil (on top of the paper). Trick to avoid greasing the pan.

The chicken goes into the preheated oven at 200º and every 15 minutes or so I mix the ingredients to caramelize it evenly. It is ready when it is golden brown (sorry and guys, but oven time is something I can’t pay attention to).
Herbs, petaled onions and garlic cloves leave a wonderful aroma on the roast. The onion is caramelized and the garlic after roasting is very soft. Delicious to eat with rice, trust me!
