These potatoes are perfect to accompany roast or grilled meat, they go well with poultry, fish, they go well with everything! And for those who don’t eat meat, go without anything as a side dish because it’s delicious anyway!, Look how simple it is to do:

Wash the potatoes well and cut in half. Line the microwave plate with 2 sheets of paper towel (just to contain the moisture that the potatoes release, but if you don’t want to, you don’t need to) place the halves and turn on at full power for 7 minutes. This is the ideal time in my microwave, which can vary more or less depending on the brand. If you prefer, cook in steam or boiling water.

With the help of a small knife and a teaspoon, remove the inside of the potato, forming a kind of boat and to this removed pulp, mix 3 tablespoons of gorgonzola mashed with a fork, 1 tablespoon of parmesan and cream. cheese until it turns into a puree (about 2 tablespoons).

Stuff the potatoes and put them in the oven just to brown.
I use the grill function on my oven. If yours doesn’t have a grill, preheat it to 220º for 10 minutes and then add the potatoes. Keep an eye on them and remove them when they turn golden. It’s delicious!!!
