I could say it’s a Sautéed Potato recipe, but today I’m working on simplicity so it’s just potatoes in butter.
I used potato balls or appetizers, which are very small, but you can use regular potatoes cut into larger pieces. Delicious to accompany meats. I always do!
I cut the potatoes in half and cook them in water and salt (you can’t overcook them). You can leave the peel on, just wash it thoroughly.
Then, I put a spoonful of butter and a handful of chopped green chillies in a non-stick frying pan and put it on low heat (so as not to burn the butter).
Add the potatoes, mix well and add a little salt. If you have flower of sal to use at the end it’s cool, otherwise it’s just common.
* This recipe can be made with any other vegetable as long as it is firm.
