Potato Gratin with Three Cheeses is a delicious and easy-to-make side dish and goes well with any roast, grilled or barbecue, whether to accompany white or red meat. This recipe has many versions but I believe this is the simplest of all and one of my favorites!!
The recipe
Ingredients
1/3 cup of gorgonzola mashed with a fork;
1/2 cup of mozzarella;
1/2 cup parmesan (but save a little to put on top);
1 small box of cream;
4 large potatoes, chopped and cooked al dente (so be careful not to overcook);
2 cloves of chopped garlic;
Salt and black pepper to taste.
Way of doing
Cook the potatoes in boiling salted water until soft but not overcooked. Drain and reserve. Then mix the 3 cheeses with the cream and set aside.
Sauté the garlic with a little olive oil and before it browns, add the potatoes and mix, then season with salt and pepper to taste.

In a mixing bowl that can go in the oven, place the potatoes, cover with the cream cheese and bake until the cheese is golden, I think I explained it well but if you want to see the preparation in detail, just press play.
