Guys, this recipe went viral on Facebook. In 2 days there were almost 2 million views! I made a video of it (if you want to see the link, it’s at the end of the post).
I was excited about my wonderful new pan and decided to make a video for IGTV and share it on Facebook, using my cell phone, showing the recipe almost in real time.

The recipe is very simple. There are 3 drumsticks and 6 thighs. Let’s start with the ingredients for the marinade, which is the seasoning for the chicken:
– Salt and black pepper to taste;
– 2 cabbage. (soup)shoyu;
– 2 crushed garlic cloves;
– 1/2 col. lemon pepper (optional);
– 180ml of dry white wine.

Mix everything and leave the chicken to marinate for at least 2 hours, the best is overnight. Remove the chicken from the marinade and reserve the broth.
Place the pan on the fire and heat 2 tbsp. (soup) of olive oil. Fry the chicken pieces and set aside.

In the same pan add chopped onion and sauté. When the onion is well browned, add the marinade liquid and scrape the crusts from the bottom of the pan.

Add 1/2 can of diced peeled tomatoes or 2 chopped seedless tomatoes, add salt, add 1/2 cup of fresh cream, return the chicken to the pan with the sauce. Add some cooked al dente potatoes, cherry tomatoes and cover the pan. Now let it cook until the chicken is very tender. Add parsley at the end.
