The secret to this rib is in the seasoning. I always say and reinforce: it’s worth investing in a few different seasonings! But then you think: “I’m going to buy it and I won’t know what dishes to use it on“! It’s not like this?

Colleague, where are your feelings? Daring is also part of it! It is through experience that we learn and making mistakes is part of the fun!

On my last gourmet purchase I was lucky enough to purchase this “Spanish” seasoning from the Nomu brand. Wonderful! I made the marinade for the ribs with it, olive oil, clove lemon and a little balsamic.

I left the meat in the fridge covered with aluminum foil for 12 hours. I put it in the preheated oven for 25 minutes (at 220º) and another 25 minutes without the aluminum foil to brown. The smell of this meat in the oven is among the “top 10” best food smells!
