Homemade food is always good, but like everything else in life, if you don’t vary it, it gets boring! That’s why I used pork filet mignon (1 piece chopped into cubes) to avoid the beef meat a little.
I seasoned the meat the day before (they don’t charge me for quantities because I do it on intuition) with soy sauce, balsamic, mustard, olive oil, black pepper and crushed garlic.
I heated olive oil, sautéed 1 finely chopped onion (small), added the meat and kept it on low heat until the onion was almost gone. To do this, I gradually dripped boiling water as it dried (keep a mug of boiling water on the stove whenever you are making stews).
I added 2 large diced potatoes that were pre-cooked in boiling water for 8 minutes. I added 1 envelope of powdered meat broth and covered it with water. I let the water slowly dry until the potatoes finished cooking. At the end, a handful of green scent to add color.
