Pork Fillet with Leek Sauce – Panelaterapia

Pork Fillet with Leek Sauce

Meat

Recipe completely invented with what I had in the fridge and that will be repeated many times because it was AMAZING! I cut a piece of pork fillet into medallions and seasoned it. You season it your way, but don’t forget that it’s important to “footprint” of sweet and sour in the pork, okay? See the recipe for my seasoning for pork here:

I heated 3 tablespoons of oil with a few drops of sesame oil, added the medallions, let them brown on one side, turned them over, added 1/2 chopped onion and left on low heat until the onion started to brown, added 100 ml of water with soy sauce (50ml of each) when it reduced, I added 1 cup of sliced leeks, mixed well, added a spoon (dessert) of cornstarch and another 100 ml of water with soy sauce (50ml of each).

When the sauce thickened, I turned off the heat, transferred the meat to a baking dish and sprinkled onions. Served with rice and cassava puree. It was incredible! Who would imagine putting leeks in meat with a vibe So, kind of oriental? Freedom in the kitchen is everything in this life!
