This is another old recipe here on the blog that we turned into a video. For me, the best way to make picanha is on the barbecue, but not everyone has one at home or has the skills to do so, so this recipe makes life super easy, because it’s so easy and there’s no chance of going wrong. You can make it with other meats too, like breast or skirt steak, which works well.
Just heat the oven to maximum temperature, put coarse salt on a baking tray, place the picanha with the fat side up and cover with more coarse salt. Bake for 40 minutes.
