Penne because it was the pasta I had at home. Mushrooms because my fridge is full of them and I need to use them (remnants of my day of freedom).
Let’s go for Sauce: Sauté 1/2 onion in butter until transparent, add chopped fresh mushrooms (I used paris, shitake and shimeji in the quantities shown in the photo below), 2 tablespoons of soy sauce, a pinch of salt, white pepper, a handful of chopped chives and cream of fresh milk enough to coat them. Drained pasta, sauce on top, happy wife, husband who doesn’t eat different things, not so much.
