Regarding yesterday’s post, it was just a sad moment that for some reason I felt like sharing. In this corner I talk practically every day about recipes and you know so little about my life, the battles, the achievements, my imperfections.

Maybe if they knew my flaws they wouldn’t like me so much, or maybe we would become great friends, who knows?

The fact is that you came, even without knowing me, without any interest, without gaining anything in return, and left a word of affection, comfort, told a little about your stories, your insecurities and this feeling of not being alone in the world. The world was all I needed at the moment. It’s good to know that there are so many good people in this world! I’m glad you’re here! Thanks!

Since pain is inevitable and suffering is optional, let’s close this topic, because there is no storm that lasts forever! One day lettuce the next crackling (that’s now my motto)! And today I have a huge basket of dirty clothes to wash, which is the best medicine to stop thinking nonsense!

Colorful food cures sadness! A very simple little thing, but with colors, lots of colors!

– Chopped seedless tomato, red onion, fresh peas and green chilli. All this seasoned with vinegar, salt (now I only use sea salt), freshly ground pepper, olive oil and for those who like to innovate, a teaspoon of honey.
