I think the best accompaniment to grilled meat is good old broccoli pasta. Easy to prepare and for those who love broccoli like me, you don’t need much more than that for a happy meal!
For two people I do it like this:
While the pasta is cooking, I separate 1/3 of a Japanese broccoli (that little one) into florets and steam it. Once soft, chop into small pieces.
In a frying pan, sauté 2 large chopped garlic cloves in a tablespoon of olive oil and 2 tablespoons of butter and add the broccoli. Season with salt and freshly ground pepper, add the drained pasta, sprinkle with freshly grated parmesan and long live simple and delicious foods!
