Popularly called “refrigerator pudding”, this version is very easy to make because you just mix everything and put it in the fridge. And best of all, it’s delicious, as well as being visually beautiful, in other words, the perfect dessert for those who don’t want to do a lot of work. Great for the upcoming long weekend.
Pudding Ingredients:
1 small box of condensed milk;
350 ml of Whole Milk;
1 small box of cream;
100 ml of concentrated passion fruit juice;
1 envelope of 12g of colorless and flavorless gelatin prepared according to the instructions on the packaging.
Syrup Ingredients:
1/2 col. corn starch (soup);
1/2 cup. (tea) water;
1/3 cup. (passion fruit pulp tea).
1/2 cup. (tea) sugar.
To make the pudding, just blend everything in a blender, put it in a mold greased with a little oil and put it in the fridge.
For the syrup, slowly dissolve the starch in the water, add the other ingredients and heat over medium heat. When it starts to boil, lower the heat and count for 6 minutes. Let cool to room temperature to use in the pudding.
