
It is nothing more than the yogurt cake that the recipe has already been given here. I just added 50 ml of concentrated passion fruit juice (pure pulp passed through a sieve) and a few seeds to add some charm. It was delicious and fragrant, but the truth is that I prefer the simple yogurt cake, for me it’s unbeatable! Maybe due to the acidity of the passion fruit, this one had a more compact dough and I prefer it fluffy, but it’s a matter of taste. You have to do it to find out!
