Passion Fruit and Chocolate Pavé

Imagine a dessert that makes you want to eat the whole dish! That’s it! People from heaven! How can it be so easy and so delicious??? It’s on my favorites list. Look how easy it is to do.

First prepare the passion fruit mousse. Just add 1 can of whey-free cream, 1 can of condensed milk, the same amount (of the can) of concentrated passion fruit juice (like Maguary, you know?). You can blend everything in a blender or mixer, but if you have a wire whisk, that’s fine too.

Then prepare 1 glass of passion fruit juice as if you were going to drink it (with a little water and sugar).

Spread a thin layer of mousse on the bottom of the dish. Quickly dip the champagne biscuits (I used 12 pieces) in the juice and place them one by one in the dish (on top of the mousse layer).

Cover with another layer of mousse and refrigerate for 30 minutes to firm up a little.

Now prepare the chocolate ganache: Mix 130g of chopped chocolate (I used semi-sweet) and 200g of cream (the one in the small box). Place in the microwave to melt, stopping every 20 seconds and stirring until smooth. Let it cool until it is at room temperature. Place on top of the pavé and decorate with chocolate shavings.
