Paradis macarons arrive in SP
The new boutique, in the midst of the buzz on Rua Hadock Lobo, is discreet, but very elegant. Opened less than two months ago, it is certainly a delight for sweet lovers.
+Casa do Porco is among the 50 best restaurants in the world
There are more than 20 different types of authentic macarons, handmade, artisanally, with genuinely French techniques and ingredients from different nationalities. Each one costs R$4.60. Some flavors were made especially for the Brazilian market, such as brigadeiro and dulce de leche.

And others, exclusive to the new headquarters in SP, such as Harmonie (Cointreau with semi-sweet chocolate), Belucci (Amarena – type of wild cherry – with Pistachio), MonAmour (Raspberry with Rose) and “Chuau” ( macaroon made with the best chocolate in the world, made in Italy from the best selection of Criollovin cocoa from Venezuela). This one just killed me. I could eat a dozen of them.

O Pastry Chef
The person in charge of the kitchen at Paradis – which is already a success in Rio, with six stores – is chef Pierre Cornet-Vernet. He previously worked at the Maison Christian Dior’s headquarters restaurant in Paris. He was hired by four French friends, who took the initiative to open the store. After all, Paradis Macarons arrive in SP!

The project
The beautiful architectural project is designed by Chicô Gouveia, who certainly knew how to bring the sophisticated yet cozy atmosphere of the Parisian patisserie to the elegant Jardins neighborhood. Paradis manages to creatively combine the tradition of French pâtissière with the taste of typical Brazilian desserts. Now that you know that Paradis Macarons are arriving in SP, are you going to check them out?
