That creamy spoonful paçoquinha it’s wonderful! I tested several recipes until I found this one. All the ones previously tested were too cloying for my taste, so I went with my intuition, I thought that powdered milk and cream would soften it up and I was right. Guys, it was a show! Don’t even go to fire!!! Very easy!!

To make approximately 12 cups, simply mix:

  • 10 paçocas (corked) crushed with a fork;
  • 5 spoons of powdered milk (I used Ninho);
  • Cream until it reaches the consistency you want (in this recipe I used approximately 150g).

*You will also use some crumbled paçocas to put on top (optional).
