The best thing about this recipe is that it’s a microwave cupcake, the kind that we mix right away and in 1 and a half minutes it’s ready! I love it!!!
I adapted a mug cake recipe and made it in a ramekin to remove from the mold and serve with ice cream, but if you want to make it in a mug, it’s totally worth it! It’s just good to remember that any microwave cake has to be made and eaten immediately because it then hardens, there’s no way around it, it’s due to the type of cooking.
Just mix:
– 1 egg – 1 tablespoon of oil
– 2 tablespoons of ovomaltine
– 2 level tablespoons of sugar
– 2 tablespoons of wheat flour
– 1 teaspoon of baking powder
Mix well and place in a ramekin greased and sprinkled with ovomaltine (if you prefer to do it in a mug, you don’t need to grease or sprinkle anything).
Now just put it in the microwave at full power. In my microwave it is good in 1 and a half minutes, but I advise you to check every 30 seconds because the power of each model may vary.
On top I sprinkled a ready-made mixture that I bought in Buenos Aires of sugar with chocolate and vanilla just to make it fun, if you want to add a hot syrup it would also be beautiful! Soft, right?
