This bread is delicious, and it’s healthy too! The recipe is from the booklet for the bread maker that I only used to mix and rise the dough, as I baked it in a conventional oven in the form of an English cake. If you don’t have a machine, you can do it easily, mom made it at her house (without a machine) and it turned out great.
– The “cup” mentioned in the ingredients above is 220ml
For those who are going to make it in the machine, just add the ingredients in the order above, choose the full cycle, wait for it to hit and rise. After this process, remove the dough from the machine, roll it or place it in the pan and bake it. I made one in the shape of an English cake (the one in the photo) and a smaller one rolled up.
Those who will do it the conventional way are the same thing. Mix the ingredients (which must be at room temperature), let the dough rise until it doubles in volume, shape the loaves, let it rest for another 40 minutes and bake.
Tip: For the dough to rise well, turn on your oven for 15 seconds at maximum temperature, turn it off and place the dough covered with a cloth (or the already rolled bread) to rise inside it. I tried so connected that mass doesn’t like being in the wind, right? The more stuffy the better!
