Big-headed invention that when there’s no sweets at home, you experiment, man? That’s me! That’s how this sweetie came about. Look how simple it is:
Mix:
- 1 cup (240 ml) powdered milk
- 50 ml of water at room temperature or approximately 3 tablespoons
- 2 generous tablespoons of Nutella
If it is too soft, add a little more powdered milk. If the mixture remains dry, add more water, little by little. The ideal is to end up with a dough that you can easily form into a ball, you don’t even need to grease your hands.
Once the balls are made, roll in chocolate powder and place in molds. This recipe yields 12 medium truffles.
