Nutella Fudge – Panelaterapia

Nutella Fudge

Sweet cakes and pies

I think the mixture of melted chocolate with Nutella, cream and nuts couldn’t be bad, right? Fortunately, this recipe makes just a little, because if it made a truckload of squares, believe me, you’d eat them all.

Simple recipe Too much, look:

1. Melt 180 grams of chocolate in the microwave (I used a bar of milk, but I think semi-sweet chocolate is tastier). Just break it into smaller pieces and stir every 15 seconds. Do this until it melts completely.

2. Add 1 heaping tablespoon of cream and 1 heaping tablespoon of Nutella to the melted chocolate. Stir vigorously. You will notice that it will turn into a somewhat greasy dough, this is normal.

3. Place in a pan covered with aluminum foil and greased with a little oil (grease on top of the aluminum foil). You can use a plastic pot, manja “tapped“, then. Spread the chopped walnuts (or any other nut you want) on top. I used 10 units of walnuts.

4. Refrigerate for 45 minutes or until it is firm enough for you to remove from the mold and cut into squares.

I like to keep it in the fridge and when I’m ready to consume it, I leave it at room temperature for 10 minutes. It’s a scandal, friends!
