- 3 cups (tea) of wheat flour
- 2 cups of sugar (tea)
- 1 tablespoon full of chemical baking powder (15 g)
- 4 tablespoons of oil
- 150 ml of water
- 3 tablespoons of chocolate powder 50% cocoa
- Milk and sugar syrup for drizzling

- 1 can of condensed milk
- 4 cans of cream
- 300 g of Ninho milk powder
Nutella brigadeiro for the truffle pie
- 2 cans of condensed milk
- 4 cans of cream
- 1/2 cup (tea) chocolate powder 50% cocoa

- 160 g Harald Melken hazelnut paste

- First, let’s make the truffle pie dough. For this you will need a mixer.
- Add the eggs with the sugar and beat at maximum speed. The aim is to double the volume.
- Then, add the water, oil and chocolate powder and beat again to mix everything.
- Add the other ingredients, such as flour and yeast without beating, just mixing gently with a spatula.
- So, pour the dough into a large pan and bake at 180°C for about 40 minutes.
- Finally, unmold while still warm and set aside.
- Next, it’s time to prepare the nest milk brigadeiro.
- Therefore, mix all the ingredients in a pan and place over medium heat.
- Stir all the time so it doesn’t burn until it starts to loosen from the bottom. Reserve.
