The restaurant’s decor is charming, very romantic, with flowers, cotton branches and lights on the ceiling. In fact, the entire environment was redesigned and the furniture was renewed, with wooden chairs and tables and white cushions, all inspired by winter.

Certainly a great option on Eataly
The menu created by Eataly’s executive chef, José Barattino, includes dishes prepared with truffle products from Tartuferia São Paulo. For starters, one of the suggestions is bruschetta with goat cheese and black garlic cream with white truffles. Furthermore, another option is the scallop carpaccio seasoned with lemon vinaigrette and tartufada parsley.

For starters, try the prime cut of beef shoulder, super tender, with roasted tubers and truffled parsley sauce made with egg yolks. The risotto with mushrooms and truffle is certainly a good choice for those who don’t eat meat. There is also the option of adding slices of fresh black truffles to dishes, for R$13 per gram.
