In 2022, more than 30 new Marriott luxury hotels are planned around the world! Represented by the renowned brands The Ritz-Carlton, Ritz-Carlton Reserve, St. Regis, W, The Luxury Collection, EDITION, JW Marriott and Bulgari, there are more than 460 luxury hotels and resorts in 68 countries. New luxury hotels from Marriott
EDITING
In its expansion project this year, six new EDITION Hotels properties are set to open: Madrid, Rome, Doha, Tampa, Riviera Maya (in Kanai) and Ginza, the second property in Tokyo. JW Marriott
The opening of the JW Marriott Hotel São Paulo is scheduled for the second quarter of 2022, in Parque da Cidade, certainly one of the main business centers in the great metropolis. The hotel should be the first in the luxury segment of Marriott International in São Paulo. Strategically located on Avenida Nações Unidas, the hotel will have 258 spacious rooms with sophisticated decor, a restaurant, bar, a luxurious spa with five service rooms, indoor and outdoor pools, and a gym. In addition, it will have six meeting spaces spread over more than 1,000 m2.
St Regis
The brand is expected to open its 50th property in 2022. It is scheduled to open The St. Regis Marsa Arabia Island, The Pearl in Qatar, as well as Chicago, in a building designed by Jeanne Gang. In addition, the opening of the St. Regis Kanai Resort, in Riviera Maya, Mexico, and the renovation of the St. Regis San Francisco are also planned. The Ritz-Carlton
In 2022, the brand is expected to expand its presence in the state of Arizona with the Ritz-Carlton Paradise Valley, The Palmeraie and in New York, in the NoMad neighborhood, with stunning views of the city. Furthermore, the brand arrives in Australia, with The Ritz-Carlton, Melbourne. The Ritz-Carlton Moscow, The Ritz-Carlton, Grand Cayman and The Ritz-Carlton, Naples hotels are set to undergo major renovations this year. W Hotels
In 2021, W Hotels brought its luxury concept to Nashville, Osaka, Philadelphia, Melbourne, Xiamen and Rome. In the Italian capital, for example, the 162-room hotel is located in two 19th century palaces and is the brand’s first property in the country.
