They can be enjoyed alone or in cocktails, such as the reinvented classic Brown’s Old Fashioned, with Kyoto Oolong infused in Cognac Frapin, which pairs well with tacos with apple and smoked duck.

Another appetizer option are the tartelettes with smoked salmon and potato horseradish salad, which accompany the Lalani & Co Organic Matcha Green Velvet cocktail, as well as Nitro-green, Nitro Matcha, Drouin Calvados Selection and dry vermouth served over ice.

Furthermore, the atmosphere is classic and cozy, but with a relaxed atmosphere, with a touch of blue in the armchairs that adds an extra charm. Beck’s Brown restaurant is run by the chef Heinz Beck, who has 3 Michelin stars at La Pergola, in Rome. No menu, Italian classics with seasonal British and Italian ingredients, which showcase the country’s diversity.

About the hotel

Brown’s Hotel is nothing more than the London’s first hotel, built on Albemarle Street in 1837. Since then, iconic figures have stayed there, from royalty and presidents to great writers. In fact, it was at Brown’s that the author Rudyard Kipling wrote “The Jungle Book”, called the Kipling Suite. The hotel, which is part of the British group Rocco Forte Hotels, has 115 authentically designed rooms and suites designed by Olga Polizzi, daughter of Sir Rocco Forte, a tribute to the hotel’s illustrious heritage.
