Nesquik Brigadeiro

Sweet cakes and pies

When I made the cake with strawberry brigadeiro frosting, you left the tip to make it with Nesquik instead of strawberry gelatin. I made it and it really turned out smoother and tastier. Then we took the opportunity to record a beautiful little video of this sweet treat.

The recipe is:
1 can of condensed milk;
4 tablespoons of Nesquik (Nescau type but with strawberry);
1 tablespoon of unsalted butter;
Crystal sugar for dusting.

Bring all the ingredients (except the sugar) to a low heat, stirring constantly until it no longer sticks to the bottom of the pan. Let cool at room temperature for 5 hours or in the refrigerator for 2 hours. Roll up and roll in sugar.
