I looked at Ana Maria’s website for some sandwiches and came up with this idea:

To be Natural chicken sandwich besides being delicious, it can be adapted to a very light versionjust use light mayonnaise, or yogurt in the filling and a whole grain bread s/or light too.Ingredients (to make 4 to 6 snacks):

  • 1 cup cooked and shredded chicken breast;
  • 1 small grated carrot;
  • 2 tablespoons of chopped parsley;
  • 1 teaspoon of complete seasoning;
  • 1 tablespoon of mustard;
  • 3 tablespoons full of mayonnaise;
  • Arugula or lettuce leaves;
  • Sliced ​​bread (wholemeal, light, whatever you want).
