My Roast Meat – Panelaterapia

My Roast Meat

Meat

I received a few emails wanting to know my opinion about this product. I confess that I hadn’t used it yet, but I decided to try it and tell you what I thought.

Knorr had already launched the version for poultry called “My Roasted Chicken” and later launched “Minha Carne Assada” in the “Homemade” and “Garlic and Herbs” versions (which was the one I used).

The product consists of a double package where you will find a cellophane bag with a seal on one side and the seasoning on the other, which contains:

All you have to do is place the meat inside the bag, pour in the contents of the seasoning packet, seal and place in the oven.

I did the test with a 1.6 kg piece of pork loin. In addition to the seasoning that came with the product, I added 2 tablespoons of soy sauce, juice of 1 lemon, 1 tablespoon of crushed garlic, 2 tablespoons of honey and a little water to make it easier to spread. seasoning. I left the loin in the sealed bag overnight in the fridge.

The next day I left the loin out of the fridge for 15 minutes and put it in the preheated oven at 180º for 1 hour and 30 minutes. The bag will become quite inflated in the heat, but don’t worry, it will hold up well. I took the loin out of the bag and placed it on a baking tray. I went back to the oven to brown for another 30 minutes.

The end result was great, soft, golden meat and very tasty seasoning.

I like the product. I found it practical that it comes with ready-made seasoning, because cellophane for roasts is nothing new, you can easily find it in any supermarket.
For beginners in the kitchen it is a good choice, for the more experienced, good old cellophane with the seasoning you are used to fulfills the same function.

And you, have you used it? What did you think?
